Cutout Partner cannot be held liable for any disputes that may arise due to a breach of these terms.

At Cutout Partner, we specialize in professional photo editing and graphic design services using Adobe Photoshop and other advanced editing tools. Our team delivers high-quality results for a wide variety of projects.

2. Get a Quote & Place an Order

At Cutout Partner, we offer free quotes so you can easily understand the pricing before placing an order. To receive a quote, simply fill out and submit our quote request form. We will evaluate your submission based on image quantity, retouching complexity, and delivery timeline to provide an accurate estimate.

Our quotes are provided in USD ($) by default, but if you prefer, we can also provide the price in your local currency upon request.

Once a quote is issued, an account under your name will be automatically created in our portal for easy order tracking and communication. Please note that if the final images for your order differ from the samples submitted for the quote, the pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

With Cutout Partner, the process is transparent, quick, and tailored to your project needs, ensuring you know exactly what to expect before confirming your order.

3. Free Trial Conditions

At Cutout Partner, we offer a free trial so you can experience the quality of our services before committing to a full order. You can test one image free of charge using any of our basic photo editing services.

The free trial includes simple retouching tasks such as:

• Clipping and Background removal
• Ecommerce Photo Editing
• Invisible Ghost Mannequin
• Jewelry Photo Retouching
• Product Photo Retouching
• Photo Color Correction
• Model Photo Retouching
• Beauty Photo Retouching
• Newborn Photo Editing
• Shadow Creation Service
• Image Masking Service
• Teeth and Skin enhancement
• Exposure Adjustment
• Wrinkle and Object removal

Please note that the free trial is intended for straightforward edits only. Complex or high-end retouching is not included in the trial. If you have a large batch of images requiring advanced editing, we encourage you to contact us directly for a custom solution.

To start your free trial, we will need the following details:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Country  
• Website
• Service Required (e.g., Clipping Path, Background Removal, Ghost Mannequin, Image Masking, Shadow Creation, Headshot Retouching, etc.)
• Total Number of Images
• Specific Instructions for your project

Once your information is verified, we will begin processing your free trial image.

4. Image Submission Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality service and compliance with laws, all images submitted to Cutout Partner must adhere to the following guidelines. By submitting images, you agree not to upload or send any content that:

• Is pornographic, abusive, inappropriate, harmful, or incites racism or violence.
• Comes from anonymous or false accounts.
• Violates our rules, regulations, or terms of service.
• Infringes on the publicity, copyrights, or intellectual property rights of others without proper authorization.
• Depicts or encourages illegal behavior, including any content involving individuals under 18, such as child exploitation.
• Supports terrorist organizations or unlawful activities.

Client Responsibility:

• Cutout Partner is not responsible for the content of images provided by clients.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove submissions that violate our policies or applicable laws.
• Images are backed up for one (1) month. After this period, Cutout Partner is not responsible for lost or deleted files.

Copyright & Legal Compliance:

• If your submitted content violates copyright, legal regulations, or causes harm to others, you are fully responsible for any claims or legal actions.
• You must indemnify Cutout Partner against any loss, damages, or legal actions arising from your submissions.
• In the case of copyright claims or unlawful content, we may suspend access or display of images until the matter is resolved and may share relevant information with government authorities or law enforcement if required.

By following these guidelines, we can provide safe, professional, and high-quality image editing services for all clients.

5. Turnaround for All Projects, Backed by 24/7 Support

The turnaround time for your project begins only after we receive all your images, not when you place the order.

Please note that our office is closed on Sundays, and no official activities take place on this day. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, the turnaround count will start on Monday. However, if you need urgent delivery on a Sunday, we can arrange an extra shift for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this and pay the overtime fee.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery times may be affected by natural disasters, regional disruptions, or unforeseen national emergencies. Cutout Partner cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such extraordinary events.

By understanding these terms, you can plan your project timelines effectively and ensure smooth collaboration with our team.

6. Pricing

The prices and packages listed on our website are intended as guidelines to give you a general idea of costs. The final price for your project will depend on factors such as image complexity, turnaround time, and rush delivery requirements.

Please note: an additional payment processing fee will apply if the total order invoice is $5 or less.

All standard prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

How We Define Image Complexity

Some images require more time and expertise due to their complexity. Complex images may include:

• Enhanced curves or intricate shapes
• Fine-edge details
• Images containing numerous holes, spaces, dots, wrinkles, spots, or hair/fur
• Old or damaged images that are torn, ripped, burned, or soaked
• Images with extensive detail or multiple objects
• Projects that require complicated retouching

The complexity of an image directly impacts the price and turnaround time, ensuring we provide precise, high-quality results tailored to your needs.

7. Payment Method

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars ($), but your invoice will reflect your local currency based on your location.

• Australia: Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Canada: Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• United Kingdom: British Pounds (GBP)
• European countries (including Åland Islands, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, San Marino, Vatican City, and others): Euros (EUR)
• All other countries: US Dollars (USD)

Your account currency is automatically assigned based on your country and cannot be changed.

We use PayPal, Wise Master card, and Bank as our secure payment gateways. You can pay via:

• PayPal
• Master Card
• Wise
• Bank Transfer (please allow 7–10 days for verification; automated payments are preferred)

Important Notes:

• We require upfront payment; orders will not be processed until payment is completed.
• Cutout Partner does not store credit or debit card information. All payments are securely processed through PayPal or Wise, and you will be redirected to their websites during payment.
• Third-party services like PayPal and Wise have their own terms and policies, which you agree to by using them. Cutout Partner is not responsible for any actions or policies of these services that may not align with your interests.

08. Photo Replacement Policy Post-Order

Once an order is placed, we do not accept photo replacements. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct images are uploaded for processing.

• If you accidentally upload the wrong image, you cannot request a free replacement of a different photo.
• If you wish to replace your images, please contact us before processing begins.
• Orders already in progress cannot be modified or replaced, so please double-check your uploads to avoid delays or additional charges.

This policy helps us maintain efficient workflow and timely delivery while ensuring that your project is handled accurately.

09. Revision and Redo Policy

At Cutout Partner, we offer multiple revisions for your images within seven (7) working days after you have downloaded them. After this period, revisions or redos will no longer be available.

Key Guidelines for Revisions:

• Revisions must adhere to the original instructions provided when placing the order.
• Requests that conflict with or differ from the initial instructions will be considered a new order.
• For bulk revisions, please contact us immediately to ensure timely processing.
• Redos are intended for slight edits or enhancements only and do not include entirely new instructions.
• If new instructions are requested during a redo, a new order will be created and reflected in your invoice.
• Redo requests are applicable only for images submitted in JPG, PNG, or JPEG formats (without layers).

This policy ensures that your project is handled efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality in our editing workflow.

10. Refund Policy

At Cutout Partner, your satisfaction is our priority.

• If you are completely unsatisfied with our work and can provide proper justification, we offer a 100% refund.
• If you are partially satisfied, a partial refund may be provided based on the issue.
• Please note that if you request raw image files (e.g., PSD, TIF) with layers, the maximum refund available will be limited to 30% of the order value.
  This policy ensures fairness while maintaining the integrity of the work completed by our team.
